 Modeling Tips

The modeling workshops I am offering are based on each individual’s self-worth.
The workshops are focused on empowering youth to feel better about themselves inside and out.
Everything is based on the exterior wherever you go and whatever you read, and the people
portrayed in the media are not suitable role models for today’s youth. I am teaching modeling in
my workshops but the main theme is to improve each person’s self-esteem, so they can go out in
the world and believe in themselves and achieve their goals and dreams. I have supported many
students in their journey to pursue modeling successfully.

  Modeling behaviour

I believe anybody can model in a smaller city; there are always all kinds of shapes and sizes that
clients are looking for. It is when you want to make modeling a living problems can show up.
Full time modeling requires living in a larger city where there are more availability for potentional
clients. There are so much more competition in a large city.

Attitude is the first thing that comes to my mind when I think about my own modeling journey
and how I succeeded in the modeling industry. I was rebooked by clients because I was easy to
work with. I was always on time and I felt good about myself which translated to good energy.
I have a good vibe, which make people feel at ease with me. But to get to the point of a good
vibe, I had to work hard. To find inner peace requires patience and actually doing the work.
With my extensive training, knowledge and experience, I want to share my learning’s with
others. Therefore, I believe that my workshops will help young adults to become the best they
  can be within themselves.

  Do not give up

Another modeling tip for youth wanting to become models is to not give up in the midst of harsh
criticism or negative feedback. If you have submitted your photos to an agency who does not like
your looks, move on and find another agency that will see potential in you (if you really believe
that you can do this). Read a lot of fashion magazines, stay in touch with the current trends,
study the new super models and the way they walk on the runway, study photo shoots and other
posing trends that might help you to continue your journey to become a model.
