Step 5: Surround yourself with friends that will support your dreams. You know who they are,
invite them more often for coffee or tea and let them know what you are doing.

Step 6: Keep yourself accountable. Think about the goal and make sure that you are doing
something everyday that will lead you closer to that goal. (Even though it might be five minutes
     a day!)

Step 7: Start changing your thoughts. If you have tendency thinking critical about many things
in life, it is now time to stop that thought process and replace the critical nagging with something
positive. If you think there is no way you will be able to fulfill your goal, you have to stop that
thought right now, and replace it with a thought that will lead you closer to the goal. As soon as
you are listening to your negative mind chatter, you will stop the flow of change your life. And
maybe you need a professional to keep you on track. Sometimes it is nice to have a third
person in your life who will help you through the hard times when you are doubting yourself.
My suggestion is to hire a life coach or to see a counselor if you really feel stuck. There is
nothing better than the rays of light from another person with different perspective than your
own. We all have a tendency to stay stuck in the same thought pattern and a break through
     can take some time.

Step 8: Avoid falling down/pitfalls. Try to avoid thinking that you cannot do it or that you don't
have enough time or money. It is hard to be motivated when you do not see any changes but
remember that change can take some time. I remember seeing a cartoon figure at my father's
office where a frog is stuck in a Heron's throat saying "Never ever give up" and my father
always told me not to give up. If you want change you will get change, just be mindful not to fall
for the same old critical voice saying you cannot do it. When in doubt go for a walk, read an
inspirational book, make an appointment for a haircut. Activity will get you in to the groove of
     things again.

Step 9: Enjoy the process. Don’t forget to enjoy the process while you are trying to reach your
goal. I don’t know how many people are saying that they want to retire to do all these things
they are dreaming off. Meanwhile, they are living in the future and might be wasting years of
their lives just waiting for life to unfold.
