"Got a nagging feeling that your life could be more fulfilling?  Want to change direction but aren't
sure how to do it? it? Here's how to jump start your new life today ...
Hire a personal coach."  --  Modern Maturity

"If you deliberately plan on being less than you are capable of being, then I warn you that you'll be
unhappy for the rest of your life."  --  Abraham Maslow

If you are totally honest with yourself – are you living the life you most desire? Or are you doing things
that you Are expected to do; that other people think is the best for you? How about stop competing
and start living the life you want to live!

Here are just a few tips by Annica Johansson, that you can do to find your passion and
    zest in life:

Step 1: Find your goals and dreams. When you start thinking about how you wish your
life should or would look like, you start the journey of life. When you start dreaming and
start observing your life inside and out, you will have the ability to affect your life. Start
journaling, start writing down the things you always wanted to do, the spots you wanted
to travel to, the experience of doing things instead of thinking things.

Step 2: Put your dreams in order. What would you like to do first? What is most urgent
     to make real?

Step 3: Take action. If you want to change your job, start looking for other jobs in the paper.
Start seeing yourself in a different setting. Start researching about the things you want to
experience and the things you want to change. As soon as you have more information about
the area you want to change it will not be that hard to start working toward those changes.
If you want to start working out in a gym, find out what kind of a gym would fit you, maybe
Curves would be a better fit than the latest gym that opened down the street. Or maybe you
want to have the energy of a lot of people where you can get the motivation by a personal
trainer that might be included in the price when you sign up with that gym. Knowledge is the
best esteem booster, and the information out there is limitless, just make sure that the info
has the right qualifications.  And try not to fear mistakes, because "If you're not making
mistakes, then you're not doing anything.  I'm positive that a doer makes mistakes."
     -- John Wooden

Step 4: Make a contract. Choose three things you want to change in your life, write them
     down and visualize these changes within the next year. Also, have fun with it;
write down things to do that gives you a sense of well being. If you like to read that book
on the deck more often, write it down and sign your name. Then you have a sense of
responsibility to make your wishes come true.
